"We were introduced to Crown Energy when our previous energy supplier left the area without notifying us. We were being billed by National Fuel, so we didn’t think anything of it. That was until someone from National Fuel came in with a wrench to shut off our gas unless we paid another deposit (we had one when we first opened 5 years previously). Crown Energy was the ONLY company that would agree to bill us directly, which eventually got us our deposit back. Another company called us last year, saying that they could save us money and would pay us 2% at the end of 12 months, if they didn’t. Well, we switched, and what a disaster! My first and only bill with the other company (which I can’t remember the name) was higher than ANY bill I had gotten from Crown, even in the winter, and this was in JUNE! I was on the phone with the manager as soon as that bill came in. He came right over, no questions asked. I will NEVER go to another supplier as long as we are here. All of their employees are so helpful. Thank you to all. It is great to deal with a company who is there for you."

"I had Crown Energy as my gas supplier for 3 years. If I needed something or had a question, they were always there. One day I received a phone call from a gentleman from another supplier. He promised he could save me lots of money on my electric and gas bills each month. I signed up for their services and did save money the first month, but that was it. My next bill was outrageous! When I called this supplier about it, the girl on the other end of the phone told me that if I didn't like it I could cancel at any time. I couldn't believe she said that to me. I decided to wait one more month, however as it was a pain to switch, and I did not look forward to doing it again. Next month same thing - extremely high bill. They had upped their delivery charge for the gas which was were the extra cost came in. I immediately called Crown Energy and asked them to take me back. I told them what had happened and they couldn't have been nicer about it. They remembered me by name and told me that they would gladly switch me back. They took care of everything; it was much easier than my other switch. They are a local gas supplier with big values. I spoke directly with the manager and he assured me that my word was good enough for him and he would proceed with the paperwork. I hung up feeling so good to be doing business with such a wonderful comapny. I will never leave again."
